Policies:  Please Read

1. Reservations & Deposits (For Other than Packages) - A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to secure your reservation.  For individuals reserving 2 or more suites, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be required to secure your reservations.
2. Cancellation (For Other than Packages) - Deposits are refundable with 60 days notice prior to your arrival date and will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.  Within 45 days of your arrival date, refund of deposits are contingent upon our ability to rebook your suite(s) and could become non-refundable and subject to a $75 dollar cancellation fee.  Cancellations within 21 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire length of your stay.
3. Check in Time - After 4:00p.m. As a courtesy to the innkeepers, both early arrivals and late arrivals after 5:00p.m. MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE so that we can attend to the needs of our other guests.
4. Check-out Time - To assure that suites will be ready for arriving guests, we ask that you check out no later than 10:00a.m.
5. Children - The ambiance and environment of the Lodge is not suitable for children under the age of 13.
6. Breakfast** - Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be served at 8:00am each morning in the Swan Valley Room.
7. Dinner** - We request that reservations for dinner(s) be made prior to the arrival date of the guests.  Seating for our dinners will be at 7:00pm in the Swan Valley Room.                                                       **Earlier and/or later meal service can be accommodated with ADVANCED NOTICE.
8. Corkage Fee - A $10.00 corkage fee per bottle will be charged if guests prefer to enjoy their own wine during dinner.
9. Liquor - Idaho law allows the Lodge to serve only beer and wine.
10. No Smoking - All suites and interior common areas in the Old Irwin Lodge are non-smoking.
11. Pets - Unfortunately, Old Irwin Lodge is unable to accommodate pets.
12. Cell Phones - As a courtesy to the other guests, please turn-off your cellular phone during breakfast and dinner services while in the Swan Valley Room.
13. Call Ahead - Be sure to discuss any special requests, our dinner menu selections and/or dietary needs with your innkeepers.
14. Taxes - Lodging rates do not include the 6% Idaho Sales Tax or the 2% Idaho Lodging Tax.
15. Forms of Payment - The Old Irwin Lodge accepts cash (US Dollars), personal or business checks, VISA, Mastercard or Discover Credit cards.  We do not accept American Express credit cards.
