Deposits (For Other than Packages) - A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to confirm your reservation. For individuals reserving 2 or more suites, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be required to confirm your reservations. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking your reservation.

Cancellation - Cancellations occuring within 90 days of the arrival date will be subject to a $75.00 dollar cancellation fee and the balance of the deposit will either be credited to a future date(s) or forfeited, if we are unable to rebook your suite(s). Due to the limited number of suites in the Lodge, we cannot refund the deposit for cancellations that occur within 30 days of the arrival date, and you will be charged for the balance of your stay.

Children - The ambiance and environment of the Lodge is not suitable for children under the age of 13.

Special Dietary Needs / Food Allergies: Please inform innkeepers prior to your arrival.

Breakfast - Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be served in the Swan Valley Room.

Dinner - We request that reservations for dinner(s) be made prior to the arrival date of the guests. Dinners will be served in the Swan Valley Room.

Corkage Fee - A $12.00 corkage fee per bottle will be charged if guests prefer to enjoy their own wine during dinner.

Liquor - Idaho law allows the Lodge to serve only beer and wine.

No Smoking - All suites and interior common areas in the Old Irwin Lodge are non-smoking.

Pets - Unfortunately, Old Irwin Lodge is unable to accommodate pets.

Cell Phones - As a courtesy to the other guests, please turn-off your cellular phone during breakfast and dinner service while in the Swan Valley Room.
- Taxes - Lodging rates do not include the 6% Idaho Sales Tax or the 2% Idaho Lodging Tax.

Forms of Payment - The Old Irwin Lodge prefers cash (US Dollars), personal or business checks. However, we will accept VISA, Mastercard or Discover Credit cards. We do not accept American Express credit cards.
