Rates Include: Accommodations and a full hearty Breakfast each morning during your stay. Dinner is not included with the accommodation rate.
Additional Expenses: 6% Idaho Sales Tax, 2% Idaho Lodging Tax, and a 15% Staff Gratuity on Lodging, Dinner, and Beverages (at checkout).
Rates Reflect:Double Occupancy (2 People/1Bed). Please note that use of the loft room beds incur an additional person charge.

POLICIES

• Check-In Policy: Check-In between: 3:00pm to 6:00pm or 9:00pm to 10:00pm. These time periods are required to preserve the operational continuity of the Lodge and to avoid disruption to Dinner service. No Check-In permitted before 3:00pm. Front Desk closes at 10:00pm.
• Check-Out Policy:No later than 10:00am
• A $75.00 service fee for guests requesting either a late Check-In or (subject to availability) late Check-Out.
• Deposits (For Other than Packages): A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to confirm your reservation. For individuals reserving 2 or more suites, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be required to confirm your reservations. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking your reservation.
• Cancellation: Due to the limited number of suites in the Lodge, cancellations occurring within 90 days of the arrival date will be subject to a $75.00 dollars cancellation fee and the balance of the deposit will be credited to a future date(s) or forfeited, if we are unable to rebook your suite(s). Cancellations that occur within 30 days of the arrival date or occur from a shortened stay, will result in a charge of the entire reservation.
• Forms of Payment: The Old Irwin Lodge accepts all major Credit Cards (excluding American Express). We also accept cash (U.S. Dollars) and personal checks.
• Dinner Reservations: We request that reservations for dinner(s) be made prior to the arrival date of the guests. Dinner is served in the Swan Valley Room from 5pm through 11pm.
• Special Dietary Needs / Food Allergies: Please inform innkeepers prior to your arrival.
• Cell Phones:As a courtesy to the other guests, please turn-off your cellular phone during breakfast and dinner service while in the Swan Valley Room.
• Corkage Fee: A $12.00 corkage fee per bottle will be charged if guests prefer to enjoy their own wine during dinner.
• Children: The ambiance and environment of the Lodge are not suitable for children under the age of 13.
• No Smoking: All suites and interior common areas in the Old Irwin Lodge are non-smoking.
• Pets: Unfortunately, Old Irwin Lodge is unable to accommodate pets.
